Katrina started Haynes & Associates in 2015 and until recently worked as the Global Mobility Tax Manager for The Coca-Cola Company. She has 19+ years of experience serving clients with a global workforce, providing tax, compensation, and mobility consulting to a wide range of multinational companies with operations in numerous tax jurisdictions. 

Katrina specializes in individual tax, payroll, and assignment compensation issues. She has worked with several clients to develop and/or refine their global policies and programs. Katrina has experience working with a global healthcare organization, where she ran the organization’s North American assignment program of about 100 assignees and was also responsible for the international and domestic immigration issues. She has worked with some of the biggest accountancy firms in the world, namely Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen.
